Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of People Success whilst working closely with an HR Advisor and bb’s in-house recruitment team this role will have the opportunity to work on all things people and culture related for the UK.
  • A true generalist you will be confident in all areas of HR including, but not limited to, compensation and benefits, reward and recognition, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations.
  • With strong project management skills you will help drive a number of key projects that will transform people practices and drive forward the People Success Strategy and cultural transformation of bb.
  • It will be your responsibility to ensure that all policies and procedures are kept up-to-date and in-line with current legislation.
  • A strong background in employee relations, performance management and the ability to proactively advise managers is essential.
  • Confident dealing with people at all levels, and within a varied client group
  • A Doer, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in and support those around you.
  • Possess a ‘can do, will do’ attitude you will embrace challenge with positivity and a spring in your step.

Desired Skill and Experiences

  • Digital studio, agency or consultancy experience is preferred
  • Experienced in providing client-focused solutions based on business needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a can do, will do attitude
  • Strong project management, time management and organization skills are essential
  • Strong written and presentation skills required
  • An eagerness to learn and constantly stay ahead of the curve
  • An excellent eye for detail in all you do
  • The ability to effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • An attitude that regularly seeks out ways to add value to all you do
  • Proactive, able to self-motivate and work within a small team
  • CIPD qualification preferred

  • Down to earth, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Experience working in a SME or a similar a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to remain calm at times of flux will serve you well.
