- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Working really closely with the client to ensure they understand agreed workflows and manage them through the delivery process.
- Demonstrate excellent industry knowledge and be able to articulate that where appropriate to the client.
- Be able to communicate the client needs efficiently and clearly to the internal UX, Design, Tech and PM team.
- Identify opportunities and requirements that could lead to incremental revenue and resource.
- Ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts.
- Maintaining up to date detailed account plans and providing status information, growth opportunities, relationship maps and issues / risks.
- Accountability for annual revenue targets for client accounts.
- Experience working in a fast paced digital environment as an Account Manager or Account Director.
- Strong awareness and interest in new platforms and technologies across all digital platforms.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably Agile.
- Excellent understanding of user experience and product design.
