About the Business Analyst position

We are looking for an experienced Agile Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex challenges and is energised by creating products that make life simply better. Our London office has brought together a world-class team who are experts in strategy and innovation, multi-channel user experience, visual design, technology and delivery. With our proven ability to attract and retain world-class talent, we are looking for fun, collaborative Agile Business Analyst who thrive on challenges and are hungry to grow in their ability and knowledge.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the build and delivery of remarkable products. As a result, you will need to be able to:

  • Supporting development of the product vision, objectives and product roadmap
  • Actively participate in all phases of the delivery of the solution, acting as the guardian of the requirements and an advocate of project stakeholders
  • Take ownership that business requirements are fully understood
  • Working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure deliverables meet specified requirements
  • Defining, scoping and planning solutions with the project team
  • Assessing the impact of change requests on the proposed solution and identifying risks and benefits from their implementation

It’s essential you bring the following:

  • 2 years+ working as an Agile Business Analyst within a Scrum team
  • Genuine interest and curiosity for all things digital across mobile, social and web
  • A consistent track record in building digital products, utilising agile methodologies
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, you’ll liaise between clients and third parties as required to deliver extraordinary digital products
  • Genuine interest and curiosity for all things digital across mobile, social and web

Day to day activities may include:

  • Gathering requirements in User Story format
  • Defining Acceptance Criteria in BDD format
  • Facilitating product backlog refinement sessions
  • Prioritising the product backlog with the project team
  • Defect management
  • Documenting release notes
  • Key contributor during Sprint Planning sessions
  • Assisting in Release Planning sessions to build out a product roadmap
  • Being a “Proxy Product Owner” to assist the client
  • Leading estimation planning
