You’ll be part of an agile team, leading workshops or interviews with our senior corporate clients as well as startup-founders to help them understand their businesses and customers more deeply and to drive innovation.

The Role:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Working really closely with the client to ensure they understand agreed workflows and manage them through the delivery process.
  • Demonstrate excellent industry knowledge and be able to articulate that where appropriate to the client.
  • Be able to communicate the client needs efficiently and clearly to the internal UX, Design, Tech and PM team.
  • Identify opportunities and requirements that could lead to incremental revenue and resource.
  • Ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts.
  • Maintaining up to date detailed account plans and providing status information, growth opportunities, relationship maps and issues / risks.
  • Accountability for annual revenue targets for client accounts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast paced digital environment as an Account Manager or Account Director.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably Agile.
  • Excellent understanding of user experience and product design.
